专利摘要:
A safety binding (1) for downhill skiing comprising a toe connection means (5, 24) and a heel connection means (6) for cooperation with corresponding parts of a ski boot (3), in which the toe connection means comprising a rotatable roller (5) having a support web portion (16) and from the said web portion an upwardly diverging conical portion (17), which roller (5) and its shaft (12) are spring biassed and movable in the longitudinal direction of the ski (2). The heel connection means (6) comprises an U-formed clamp (26, 27) which is rotatably mounted about a vertical fixed pin (25) of the binding and which is formed with two parallel upright lock clamps (27) having recesses facing the front part of the binding and cooperating with side rollers (33) of the boot. The toe connection means (5, 24) and the heel connection means (6) are interconnected over a base plate (24) which is fixed mounted on the ski (2).

2. Fastening no. 1, characterized by the fact that the spring of the power mechanism is placed between the adjusting screw and the cage interacting with it, mounted under the plate with the possibility of longitudinal movement and carrying the axis of the biconical roller. 3. Fastening according to claim 1, about tl and h ayu. This is due to the fact that the upper edges 1 and 18 of the brackets have an arcuate shape to facilitate the entry of the shoe pins. . Mount on p. 1, characterized in that it has tapered rollers mounted on the axles of the boot. . 5. The fastener according to claim 1, wherein the plate has projections for mounting the sole of the boot with a gap on it.
The invention relates to sport, in particular, to ski mounts. A ski mount is known, comprising a front fixing device boot, made in the form of a roller, installed with the ability to interact with the sig mechanism. and a rear locking device including two brackets for covering the shoe from opposite sides with V-shaped notches on the front part for placing the corresponding parts of the shoe 1 in the last axles. A ski mount of this type is unreliable, since the means of connecting the toe and the heel is adjusted depending on the weight of the skier, his skill and other factors. Adjustment is time consuming. In addition, the surface of the sole must be perfect clean, as snow, ice, sand, etc. cause changes in release forces. When the friction plate is worn in the toe of the boot, the mount must be adjusted again. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. The goal is achieved by the fact that a ski mount containing a front locking device of the boot, made in the form of a roller, installed with the ability to interact with the power mechanism, and a rear locking device, including two brackets for yueata boot from opposite sides with V-shaped drums on the front part for placements in the last trunnion of the corresponding parts of the boot, has also a support plate mounted on the ski with a gap, and the fixing devices are mounted on the plate, while be adjustable fixing device interconnected strip mounted on the plate-rotatably on the axle, and the front roller of the fixing device is mounted on a plate movably therealong, and is formed with a biconical neck for the toe of the shoe. The spring of the force mechanism is placed between the adjustment screw and the case interacting with it, which is mounted under the plate with the possibility of longitudinal movement and carrying the axis of the biconical roller. The upper edges of the staples have an arcuate shape to facilitate the entry of shoe pins. The device has tapered rollers mounted on the axles of the boot. The plate has protrusions for mounting the sole of the boot on it with a gap. Figure 1 shows the mount with the boot, General view; in Fig.2 - the same, without a boot in Fig.Z is the same, a vertical longitudinal section; in figlto, top view. The ski mount has a base plate 1 mounted on ski 2 with a gap. On the onopHofi plate 1, the boot 3 is installed. The support plate 1 consists of the top plate k, the bottom plate .5 and the sides 6. The support plate 1 has a front locking device and a rear locking device. The front-locking device is made in the form of a biconical role 7 with a neck to accommodate the toe part of the boot 3. The roller 7 is mounted on the axis 8. The holder 5 slides inside the support plate 1 and is guided by two longitudinal rods 10. In the holder 9 a screw with a pin is installed foy 11 passing through the longitudinal slot 12 of the top plate 4. The screw with a trunnion 11 has a biconical roller 7 mounted in ball bearings 13 and on a bearing disc AND in contact with the top plate C, the neck of the biconical roll runs vertically upwards from the supporting disc T ki 7 which passes into the cone 15. The cone-angle is 45 °. From the cone 15, the second cone 1b of the roller 7 is directed upwards, due to which its biconality is ensured. The biconical roller 7 interacts with the power mechanism having an emphasis 17 and an adjusting screw 1 Screw 18 through an emphasis 17 interacts with a shoulder of the yoke 9. Clamping springs 20. By adjusting the screw 18, the clamping force of the boot 3B of the toe part of the boot 3 is provided — an overlay 21 of the arcuate shape is set to rotate the boot relative to the biconical roller 7, which is pressed forward against the action TWI clamping springs 20. If the torque does not exceed the maximum torque to release the boot 3, the biconical roller 7 displaced by the springs 20 F 8.4 pushes the boot 3 to its original position. The rear locking device includes two brackets 22. and 23 for covering the shoe 3 on opposite sides. The brackets 22 and 23 are interconnected by a strap 2 mounted on the plate 1 rotatably on the axis 25. The brackets 22 and 23 have V-shaped notches 2b on the front part for accommodating the trunnions 27 in them of the corresponding parts of the shoe 3. The upper edges 28 of the brackets 22 and 23 are of an ap1 shape to facilitate the entry of the pivots 27. On the pins 27 of the boot 3, tapered rollers 29 and 30 are installed. The roller 29 provides accurate placement of the boot 3 against the brace 23, and the roller 30 secures the boot in the brackets. For mounting the boot 3 on the support plate 1 with a gap, the plate has protrusions 31 and is attached to ski 2 by a screw 32. In the top plate 5 there is a slot 33 for fixing the mount. The boot 3 can be mounted into the mount either by means of a connecting pad 21, which is inserted into the biconical roller 7, after which the boot is pressed by the heel, the roller 7 slides along the leading edge 3 of the brace 23 and snaps into the V-shaped notch 2b, or by inserting the heel into the brackets 23, whereupon the nose portion of the boot 3 is pressed downwardly through the biconical roller 7, which moves in the direction opposite to the action of the clamping springs 20 until the nose portion of the boot is latched by the front locking device. 8 2f
